  1. ABOUT OUR STORE The Digital Shelf is an online store selling digital products operated by Melody Selvon, based in Mauritius. By purchasing from our store you agree to these terms.

  2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS All products sold on The Digital Shelf are digital downloads. After payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your download link instantly. No physical products will be shipped.

  3. PERSONAL USE ONLY All digital products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy or claim ownership of any product purchased from The Digital Shelf. All designs and content remain the intellectual property of Melody Selvon.

  4. NO REFUNDS Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

  5. DOWNLOAD ISSUES If you have any problem accessing your download please email us within 7 days of purchase at: thedigitalshelf.mu@gmail.com We will resend your file at no extra cost.

  6. ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS We do our best to ensure all products are accurate and error free. If you find an error in a product please contact us and we will provide an updated version.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All products, designs, photos and content on The Digital Shelf are the property of Melody Selvon. All rights reserved. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Digital Shelf is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our digital products beyond the purchase price of the product.
